Malcolm Kanter and David Welling formed Datek in 1998. The business has grown organically and is still owned and managed hands-on by the founders. Today, we have around 25 star performers in our squad and a turnover of more than £10 million, and we still love every minute of it.
We believe that our success is due to our core belief in providing exemplary IT support, customer service, our commitment to only signing talented people with good customer-facing abilities as well as excellent technical skills – and to the way we all keep up and keep training.

We are committed to ongoing investment in training for every member of our team, to ensure that they stay up-to-date. But we don’t just hire staff for their technical skills. We also make sure that they are personable and good at communicating with clients in a clear, jargon-free way.
